THE INDELICATES
Posted on February 27th, 2007 by ekkoA former Pipette has a really cool new band with an awesome album cover.
Check ‘em out.
Waiting For Pete Doherty to Die-The Indelicates
Julia We Don’t Live in the 60s-The Indelicates
Burn All the Photographs-The Indelicates
JAE MILLZ-THE OFFICIAL MIXTAPE
One of the greatest still-pretty-underground-but-recently-signed rappers around.
P.S.: I am sooooooooooooooo irritated with HypeMachine and Elbows. Neither of them pick me up when they should. Anyone out there know of any other aggregators/crawlers I can sign up with to get more readers? I’m not in this just for the numbers, but it’s frustrating when the few sources of promotion I have don’t pick me up!

I have an old list here.

also, you need to spiffy up your side bar a litte. (juggle, reorg, make it pretty, add widget and stuff) that might help a little too.

I can’t get listed on Hype at all. Does the quality of your side bar make any difference? I’ve already got one of their ‘top tracks’ thingies. Any suggestions?

No you have to register with them, Matthew. But they’re having major problems with their software right now, so some folks (like me) aren’t getting picked up.
If you go to their page, there’s a “register your blog” link. If you’re still having trouble, contact them. They generally respond to e-mails.

Nice. Myself and a couple of other UK bloggers have had a bit of RIAA trouble ourselves – as you have kindly taken the trouble to notice – and were wondering: why does being on WordPress as opposed to Blogger help fight the RIAA? Or is it just the new content and boycott that does that?
(Incidentally, it’s way more interesting to cover smaller bands anyway – the gigs are better, your relationship with the groups is better and it’s just more fun.)

It might be that the tracks have been posted elsewhere, if you use the exact same link or MP3 it’ll be recognised as a duplicate and not included. I think you can get around it by re-encoding it and rehosting (takes about 10 seconds with dbpoweramp)
