GRATEFUL CROSBY

Posted on May 6th, 2008 by ekko

I almost never post Grateful Dead shows. I figure, if you’re a fan, you’ve already got enough of them, and if you’re not, you won’t be in the slightest bit interested. But today I’m posting an excerpt from a show, where the band was joined by David Crosby on stage. Pig Pen had shuffled off this mortal coil earlier in ’72, and it’s interesting to hear a man with such a beautiful voice in the place of the gruff, bluesy Pig. Let me know if you approve or disapprove. Of course, if you disapprove, I just may do the Bobby W. to ya.
