THE TOP 40 T.V. THEMES EVER–#29: ONE DAY AT A TIME

I mean, the theme almost sounds like gospel but the show was as white as white could be, even with Mackenzie Phillips (who sang on the theme). For you youngsters, Mac was the daughter of one of the Mamas and the Papas, one of the 1960s druggiest bands, and was the foul-mouthed little girl responsible for this clip from American Graffitti:
