I heard of this tape through Smoking Section. I don’t really see the connection between this tape and the Spike Lee film, but who cares? Authentik Made is a stellar street producer, and the unsigned Chicago rapper Brandon “Real T@lk” Williams is the real thing. He won a mention The Source’s unsigned hype column, if that means anything to anyone, but, more importantly, he’s fucking fiya!

Get it! (zshare)

Have you checked out the new Danny! and Lupe Fiasco joints? Sweet Bippy, they’re freaking incredible.
As a side tangent, who would have guessed Jay-Z’s BP3 would signal the death of commercial rap while underground freebies are the only thing keeping the genre fresh and worth listening to?
